Important information on our holiday hours of operation.
We've put together a quick guide covering all of our opening hours over December and January.
During our holiday closure from the 21st December 2024 to 13th January 2025 our clinic opening times and services will vary. Please see the schedule below, from the 24th Dec 2024 to the 6th January 2024 Nurses will be available by phone only at the times below, please do not attend a clinic. From the 6th January we will be opening 9am to 1pm weekdays, limited services. Usual hours of operation will commence from the 13th January 2024.

PATHOLOGY COLLECTION SERVICES
Please check the Clinpath website for holiday opening times at specific locations
ULTRASOUND SERVICES
Monitoring ultrasounds will be available until Friday 20th December. Services will recommence Friday 10th January 2025.
ANDROLOGY
If you require a SCIT (DNA fragmentation testing), appointments will be offered until Monday 16th December. Semen testing and Semen freezing appointments will be offered until 20th December. Services will recommence from Monday 13th January 2025.
PGT-A/M REPORTING TIMES
The PGT team will be reporting results up until 24th December. Embryos not reported before COB on the 24th December will be reported when the PGT laboratory reopens on 13th January 2025.
If your embryo biopsy is completed in the week before Christmas it’s possible the turnaround time will be increased and your results may be reported in a 3 to 4 week turnaround time instead of 2 to 3 weeks.
